Ithaca 37 clone

correctionsIt is probably made by Norinco. They also make the NEF Pardner Pump shotgun which is a loose reproduction od the venerable Remington 870

There has been some spirited discussion about the NEF Pardner and the Hawk and Interstate variants.

I have a Pardner Pump 20ga. Compact and love the gun.

I had the 12 ga. Pardner in walnut and matte blue and it was real nice and shot well.

It was 28 inch barrel and was a hoss of a gun and more gun than I wanted to carry and I sold it to a friend. He's very happy with it.

I like the 20 as it is easier to tote and I'm not undergunned afield with the right loads. I have other 12 ga. shotguns for times where a 12 is needed.

The Stevens is obviously a Norinco reproduction of the Ithaca model 37.

The Ithaca model 37 is a reproduction of the Remington model 17.

I would like to check one out and if it is like the earlier version Norinco made, it ought to be a pretty good gun.

Well stevens rifles are inexpensive and american made. Maybe these pump guns are that way to. By the way did anyone notice the slide is on the opposite side of the gun compared to the ithica? Or maybe this is a double slide.

It's probably made in china by the same company that made the IAC Ithaca 37 copy that was was imported few years ago.

IAC 37 copy. They look very similar. It's very well made as you can see by the picture. I would like to have the one had, back.
