Italian Ruger mags?

Has anyone noticed that Ruger is using both USA and ITALIAN stamped mags in the lc9s pistols? The Italian mags are a visibly deeper,darker,highly polished blue.Also using for extra mags. :D
 
Probably made by Mecgar. They make excellent magazines. The ones I have for my Tanfoglio Stock are the same way - highly polished blue and smooth as silk.
 
I'll have to take a second look at mine, I know I have one matte finished and one that is very shiny. Both of them work well.
