Well, just as one stupid law dies (namely, the Federal Assault Weapons Ban) another stupid law is given life. The governor signed AB50 into law yesterday.
Leave it to the liberal California legislators (and a couple of moderate republicans) to make a law for a problem that doesn't exist.
No information on other legislation, awaiting action from the governor, but this action, if the above is correct might answer a question I asked earlier. Are California gun owners better off with Arnold, wores off, or is it a wash, compared to Gray Davis?
People who live in other states, as do I, had best keep the proverbial eye pealed, given that California is the "model", that so many, for some reason, emulate. Don't ask me why, because I most certainly do not know.
