My fellow freinds and Americans, the time is right for a civil challenge to the tyranical government that is now installed in OUR nation's capital.
The United States of Amercica has a government in place that is directly and diametrically opposed to the freedoms of men and the liberties of people. This creation of democratic hell, is exactly the form of government that our Founding Fathers were totally against and is the very reasons for the Bill of Rights added to the Constitution.
I ask you this, which Amendment to the Constitution is the most important?
Which Amendment can stand alone on its own?
The answer to the above questions is simple, first there is no one single Amendment that is the most important. Second, all of the Amendments in the Bill of Rights must be taken as a whole. You can NOT seperate out a single Amendment and say this is what this portion says or means. It can not be taken out of context.
And the context of the Constitution is to form a limited government with the power in the people.
If the people have no power over the government, and I am not talking about voting, then there is no freedom. It is just that simple.
Try to build a house of cards and then remove one or two of the cards, the house will not stand. Freedom is just as fragile. When one or two freedoms are restricted in the name of Government, then all freedoms are lost. You can argue that you are still free, but freedom is not a general term, it is specific to the individual. Governments and groups do not care about freedom, because freedom can only be enjoyed by the individual.
When you hear a government claims of freedom for this group or that group, ask youself this one question. Why is a government wanting to limit itself? Yes, this is an important question, because for freedom to exist means simply that government is restricted. There can be no freedom without a restriction on govenment. Do you see where I am going with this small ramling?
Individual freedoms are restrictive on government and thus, when a government is impeding on an individual freedom it is actually usurping power for itself. Simply said, in order for government to have power it must get the power from somewhere or someone. Government does not exists by itself. It must derive its power from the people. Therefore, in order for the government to strengthen itself, it MUST weaken its people. There is no other way for it to obtain power.
How does a government weaken its people, by restricting their rights or freedoms.
People, We are at a cross roads. Do we sit around complaining about our government and its illegal tactics. Are WE THE PEOPLE so afraid of our own government that we will not speak out against it or even more important challenge it? If the answer is YES, then we might as well turn in our guns and pray to the Good Lord to forgive us for our stupidity.
We the People, can live our lives under the watchful eyes of the Elite Washington politicians who steal from our tax dollars and make themselve wealthy and powerful or we can say enough, I AM NOT A CRIMINAL AND I WILL NOT AS GOD AS MY WITNESS BE TREATED LIKE ONE.
As your Representative, why they are afraid of you so much, why they can not trust you, invite them to dinner at your home, call them, tell them you demand an answer and if you dont get one, the go to their local office when they are in town and demand to see them.
Remember they work for you, not you for them. They are PUBLIC SERVANTS and remind them that you are the public.
God bless you all,
Judge Blackhawk
