it does not just happen in the U.S.A!

Yeah, twirling the gun while loaded isn't the greatest of Ideas. Also another good reason why high school kids shouldn't have hand guns at school. When u say it doesn't happen in the US, what part are u reffering too?.. we have school shootings, but those are on purpose.
 
They have gun-control similiar to the UK, and why doesn't it work?

A shame those boys had to get injured... gun safety is quite a good thing to teach...
