Issues with Ruger GSR metal magazines?

My Ruger GSR will have some problems feeding (about every 20-25 rounds) when I’m using the metal 10 round magazines.

My question is, is this a magazine or magazine well issue? Or is it just a matter of cycling the bolt more until it operates smoother?

Anybody else experience this issue? If so, any remedies?

It could be the springs in the magazine are weak and not pushing the next bullet up with enough force, so when you go to chamber it the bullet is sitting lower in the magazine than it typically would, and not going up the feed ramp properly.
