Ishy 2A bolt removal

Open bolt, pull back all the way. Lift bolt head until it is vertical. Remove bolt. The bolt head is kept in the down postion with a spring, so it takes a little force to lift it, and you have to snap the bolt head all the way down when re-installing.

Dear Sir:
I hope you don't get bedazzled by the 7.62X51 / 308 controversy.
Loading manuals don't make any difference between the two. The headspace is different by a few thousandths (for military overages) and the pressure is higher for the 308 but I fire 308 and Nato rounds and have never had a problem. I think it's an "opinion" matter - loading manuals do not differentiate.
