Source please? SAR's are still coming in. Robarms still gets their receivers directly from russia. Where is a link to something besides claims (usually inspired by a dealer)???

Yes, it's been done at least 3 times within my memory.

However, I believe that you're referring to something that happened last summer - the ATF stopped approving form 6's for import. That has since changed. SAR rifles are currently entering the country.

Could Clinton's executive order have "expired" when Bush took over? Last year's "ban" was exactly what i was referring to.
