I got a jury summons for jury duty and noticed a block on the top of the page in the questionnare that reads
RACE(Required by State Law)

Isn't there a amendment about this?
Right to privacy?
Race, Creed, or Religion?
EOE?
Racism?
Profiling?

Why do they need to know what race you are?
Why would it be required by state law?

So that they can provide for racially balanced juries.
Too few blacks on a jury trying a black defendant has been cause for appeal.

They don't want you on a jury if you're a Protestant white male. This only recourse in this country is the three boxes: The Ballot Box, The Jury Box and The Cartridge Box. Touchscreen voting machines wiped out the first one, you're seeing what's happening the second. God help us if we have to go to the third. Write down Jew, that ought to confuse em', big time.

That is completely untrue. I was on a jury and was even elected foreman.

This is overly simplistic. Ever heard of The Soap Box? Ever donate money to causes you believe in or candidates you support? Ever run for or hold public office yourself?
