ok, i sold a pistol to someone in Plano, TX. He wants me to ship the pistol to his business residence and says that it is okay since we are in TEXAS. Is this true? Can I see this in writing? Thanks

Yes, in state sales do not have to go through a FFL, you can ship it direct.
