Am no CZ75 guru and this is my first one, so how do you tell if your CZ75 is a B or Pre B? The two digit number by the extractor is 94 with a S/N of V5758.

There are a few photos of the pistol.

Pre-B. It looks mostly like a transitional model except the slide stop and safety level look like the original Pre-B ones.

Yup... No pin in the slide to hold in the parts, it has a retention plate at the rear instead.

Much easier to strip and clean the slide that way. (not that you need to do so often)

It doesn't have the firing pin block (which is the little cylinder on the underside of the slide); that little piece would be visible in the shot of the bottom of the slide. the BLOCK is what the "B" stands for in the 75B models.

The pin through the slide (on the 75B-based models) mentioned earlier, is the firing pin block retention roll (or now, solid) pin. The older CZs, like this one, had a firing pin stop -- a plate at the rear of the slide.

CDI Sales in KY has one just like yours on GB right now, advertised as "Pre B" that's only about 200 or so numbers off yours, V5964. (Auction # 500680440.)
