Is this an antique or is it available somewhere??

You could do the same thing with a standard powder thrower. Just C clamp one to a loading bench and either use the existing tube, or make a more angled tube that fits more easily in your cylinder's chamber. Once you adjusted the thrower to the grains you wanted thrown, all you have to do is flip the handle to turn the drum and drop a charge. Same thing his does only his is hand held instead of clamped to a bench.

Not directly related to the OP but...

....Can anyone load .457s in an ROA with that little effort on the loading lever?

Mine requiresa bit more force that he is applying.

(Maybe he is an ape and it just doesn't show.)

i really dont have any effort other that shaving ring of of rb

now when stupid me grabs a 50 cal rb and tries to stuff in in the 45 cylinder oh yea
