All I have are those two pics, and a description which says it's a "Collectable 357 long nose" Smith & Wesson 357 Magnum. I figured the S&W part came off the barrel, and wasn't the manufacturer.
Nothing collectible about it and, in the left side picture, it looks like the finish is trashed. Ask for better pics. As it is I'd say $250 tops and would like it better at $200.
Looks like a Ruger to me as well. Does the seller not know what he is selling? If the photos are more clear and it looks good and is tight and functional - the price seems like a bit of a bargain for a shooter - if it is in good shape.
I don't see where it is that much of a collectible but certainly a very fair price if it's a shooter. That one would make a good woods gun!
I'd pay $250 for it. Wouldn't spend a dime on a refinish. It's a shooter and a re-finish just makes it a $450 shooter instead of a $250 shooter. Nothing collectable about it either way

Ruger New Model Blackhawk. Post 1973. Appears to be one of the "flattop" variations. Not collectable. Gun has seen use, holster carry, finish wear on alloy parts.
If you can enlarge the #2 pic, you can read the maker & model on the frame below the cylinder.
Definitely a New Model Blackhawk. Definitely not a flat top. The base pin latch has also been replaced with a screw. Buyer beware. I'd offer $200 just as a project gun and it would DEFINITELY get refinished.
