Is this a good deal?

My friend is trying to sell me a 1940 Turkish 8MM Mauser. He says he paid $300, but the gun isn't in great shape. He also wants to sell me a Ruger Mark 3 target, which is in pretty good shape. He says he wants $275 for both together. Is that a good price?

The pistol alone is pretty much worth the 275. Its like getting the rifle for free.

I paid $50 for my Turk Mausers about 10 years ago!
The package is probably closer to $225.00 if you ask me.
