Is this a good deal on a 686?

Hi everyone. I have the opportunity to buy the following:
S&W 686 Customs Service .357 Magnum with 4" Barrel
Adjustable sights, Stainless, Pachmyer grips. Used, but excellent condition.
$425

This seems a little high to me, but I'm not really sure.

I got one that sounds close to the one your looking at for $399 last year so I don't think it is to out of line ,I am in an area where the prices run on the high side . Over all depending on condition, I see them mostly in the $350-$450 range. It's a nice handgun if you do pick it up.
