Is this 7n6 ammo?

It does look just like other pictures of 7n6.. including the tin cover. I just wanted to be absolutely sure. I supposed I could grind one down to see if the tip is hollow. I wasn't sure whether or not there was other milsurp 5.45 floating around I may have gotten a hold of. Like I said, I'm assuming its 7n6, but since it was never labled as such at the gun show, just labled as "russian surplus", I wanted to be sure.
 
If it's military surplus and 5.45x39 it's 7N6-PS steel core corrosive ammo.

539 is a Soviet era arsenal in the Ukraine and the year made was 1978.
