Is there a problem with Sig mags??

Do ya'll know of a problem with 220 mags? It appears to be of less quality than the P7 mags. I was in a store and saw a new Sig 220 with a substantially different mag than mine. It had a plastic follower and I was wondering if there had been a reliabilty problem with the old ones. Thanks, hangfar.

SIG mags are now being produced for them by Mec-Gar. You are indeed right that they are not as nice looking as the mags that came with our older SIGS, but I am told they are just as reliable.
Also, the P220 mag with the plastic follower was probably one of the eight rounders.
I still prefer the old seven rounders myself.
