Saw one in Gander Mountain yesterday. Interesting gun, probably designed to compete with Benelli in three gun matches. Too bad IPSIC shooters are such a pack of sheep. The 1100 is just a better gun than Benelli.
Maybe Remington needs to put a Black stock on the gun to make it tactical. The gray stock was kinda wimpy looking.
Frankly the first thing I would do is to toss the plastic stock and put wood on it. And replace that dumb handle on the bolt. Looks too much like a Ghost Ring sight to me. Maybe that is why those three gun guys couldn't shoot it?
I actually like the gray stocks. But, this is someone that equates black stocks with $99 shotguns.
The "speed handle" on the bolt is a bit much though. Probably nice to have in competition, but looks like something that'd break off while in the gun case.
