Is the CZ75 PCR legal in California?

The DOJ website lists a CZ75D that looks about right but I need to know for sure. My kitchen table FFL doesn't know.

I checked on this last month, when I got CZ fever, and unfortunately it is not (yet) legal in California. My fever has since subsided.

I disagree. If you check the California DOJ listing, you'll see a CZ75D Compact with alloy frame. That's the PCR. I bought a PCR before this ban took effect because my dealer didn't think they were approved, but he received additional clarification after the law took effect and has stocked them consistently. It is too bad that the list doesn't identify the gun as the "PCR" model, but if you examine the pistol, you'll see that the slide says "CZ75D." And I believe this is the only CZ available with an alloy frame as specified in the DOJ list. The store that sold me mine moves a lot of guns and they are very careful to follow the law. I'm sure they wouldn't have these in the case if they weren't legal here.

By the way, I like my PCR a lot.
