Who is Scandium Arms?

I don't think the KelTec is that gun. For one thing, the KT has a cap on the end of each magazine. It loads from below and ejects out of its bottom. This one appears to load from its top and eject to its right. How it routes shells from magazines, I don't know, but magazines are chosen on the KT by manually flicking the "tube selector swith" found on the bottom of the gun
