Is START II a good plan in light of current CHI-COM developments?

Like the fact that they basically have all of our Nuke secrets compiments of the DNC.

Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START II)
Provisions
START II, when implemented, will eliminate heavy(ICBMS) and all other (MIRVed) ICBMS. It will also reduce the total number of strategic nuclear weapons deployed by both countries, by two-thirds below pre-START levels.

Does this apply only to the U.S. and Russia (CCCP)?
Can the CHI-COM develop heavy ICBM'S with MIRV capability without violating this agreements since they didnt sign it? Seems so to me. Whats you opinion?

I would never serve the US because its a front in my opinoin for whom Im serving but Id be taking my far number of shots if the
commie's ever dare to come our way.
But I think its more likely that they will in a few years be declared our 'allies' and added to the list of UN peacekeepers.
Pherphaps at one point even be used to help quell the rebellion of the right wing extremists in america attempting to disrupt the peace of the one world new order of peace.
Its so demeaning to think of how even voting for tweedle bush vs. tweedle gore that I will still be reccomending someone who wants to make friends with the commie's.
Atleast Ill have cost the baxtard a few dollars by having sent back all his postpaid mail unpaid with my feelings about sending american dollars to the commie's.

If America reduces their capacity to stop another from conquering them; then they would be dependent on the U.N for protection, and guidence, and control.

Maby if we had a lot of those nice blue hats helpin us out we wouldn't have to worry so much about the alphabet groups knockin in our doors.
