I’m considering purchasing a Glock G19 with some pre-ban High capacity magazines. Are pre-ban magazines now outlawed in NY?

You may want to check GOA or NRA's site for the rules. My opinion: anymore everything is illegal so to heck with it. They will just have to prove I've got them. And then come and collect them. If I've got any they're probably fully loaded and waiting to be tested. But of course if they're illegal, as a law abiding socialist, I wouldn't dare have any!
 
At last report everything was outlawed in NY except group hugs and Democratic bumper stickers .
