is it legal to own a BBR?

I've always loved the ww2 weapons and have fired a tompson, m1, m14... and own an enfield, My question, being a novice to non hunting rifles is this, is it legal to own a BBR? I'd like to buy those four guns for the safe..., Know the m1 is easy to run down, semi auto tompsons can be had, m14 no sweat but how about the bbr? how big of a hastle would it be, and how expensive if it is possible.... any knowledge is greatly appreciated Ty

If you mean BAR, you can find semi ones out there. I beleive ORF made some.

hmm yeah srry think you must be right, I always thought the auto .30-06 from ww2 was a different gun than the modern BAR, wow feel stupid now that i looked it up. sorry

BAR's go for what, something like $12,000 or so?

No, BARs go for $30,000-$45,000.

Dealer samples go for $12k.
