iron sights question(s)

I have an AR-15

I picked up some Knight's Armament 600 meter iron front/rear sights today...but not really sure what I think of them yet

Any opinions on these sights? Are there better or even equal sights for the same/less money?

Just a quick look at these and it says, easy to adjust front sight, better accuracy, and expensive! I like them.

ignoring that element, are they worth the cost or are there other adjustable flip-up iron sights on the market that are just as good but maybe a better value?

Very small rear diopter and thin front sight means better accuracy.

they are indeed quite sexy


ive been looking at some Matech ones that have similar rear sight adjustments. but if theyre flip ups and you have an optic already, seems kinda silly to make such an expensive purchase

I think a good pair of iron sights should not be too costly.

Buf if it's a competition set, I guess you will have to answer that yourself.

The KAC Micro rear sight is pretty popular. Haven't heard from anybody on the front sight, but I like the tool-less adjustments on it.

The KAC is a nice set but I still prefer Troy's. The LMT A2 rear in NM trim is a very good sight for not a lot of money.

Those look like some nice iron sights, but they're useless unless you have a rail.... Must be time to consider one of those newfangled flat tops. Mine has the A2 carry handle and sights. A smaller apeture would be nice at times.

I have a rail...the sights mount perfectly

the KAC iron sights are nice...really nice...easy to zero...very low profile...though expensive, they're a keeper
