Invisible Man--Pro NRA!

I got to re watch The Invisible Man (1933) and I'll be darned, one of the first few screenshots was a page that said "Proud member of the NRA" and an eagle logo, then at the bottom "Doing Our Part". I thought that was very cool!

Also, this is an important election year. Urge your friends to register and vote.

Uhhh.... better look and see what the NRA referenced in the movie was in the 1930's... and it was not the National Rifle Association.... Just about the opposite in fact:

It was part of FDR's depression era socialist government movement... and found to be unconstitutional by SCOTUS.

I'll throw this in as a bit of trivia, though...

The NRA and the NRA (when the New Deal NRA was operational) were both headquartered out of the same building in Washington, DC.
