Internal Slide Rails.

I believe that the CZ 75 and also the SIGs are unique in that they have internal slide rails , which accounts for the very smooth slide action.

Are there any other guns with internal slide rails ?

I believe it is called the "petterson" patent for the technique of inside rails.

Yes they are smooth, especially the sig 210's.

Beretta 9000?? I haven't looked a lot at it, but I believe IIRC it also has internal rails.

The one drawback I see to the design is the lack of purchase on the rear of the slide. Other than that, I like it.

I believe that the only SIG with internal slide rails is th P210.

All of the SiGs except the P-210 have external slide rails. Here are three photos of SiGs with the STAR UltraStar. Notice that on the SiGs, the Slde fits over the frame while on the STAR, the slide ride in the frame.
