Interesting Kel-Tec P32 story!

Last night I went to a concert, and boy were they searching. I carried my Kel-Tec P32 in a pocket holster in my jeans. When I got to the "friskers" they, of course, felt me up all over (yuck!). I was already getting ready to show my CHL permit (hoping that it would at least keep me out of trouble and I could just put it in my car). That guy must have squeezed and felt the P-32 for 8 seconds berfore he gave me the "go ahead" motion. Just another example of how concealable the P-32 is...even when it's being felt, it must "feel" like something else!

HAHAHA!!
Oleg, you crack me up!

Frontsight, what type pocket holster do you keep your P-32 in?

Mendacity is the system we live in.

I have a crappy Galco horsehide Colt Pony holster for it. It was the only thing the store had that would fit it... The gun is about 1/8" too thin to fit the holster well, but all the other dimensions are fine.

It begs the question......

If the guy felt it for 8 seconds (and then let you pass), what the heck did he assume it was?

With the assortment of stuff usually smuggled into concerts, a gun is low on the list of stuff they actually find, but there is no shortage of booze or drug siezures (no implication intended to you). It really surprises me they let that pass.

Able2Ski, believe me, I'm wondering too! I really expected to have to show the permit, and possibly go back to the car with the pistol. I still have no idea what he thought it was. It was obvious that he was trying to figure it out, though! That 8 seconds felt like an eternity!

The people that they get willing to do those searches aren't rocket scientists. How many laymen do you know that could comprehend a gun that small, that thin, and that feels almost like a wallet.

Thomas Jefferson made us free.
John Browning made us equal.

Without Browning, we might not know about the other two...

How well does it conceal the "gun look"? I like Mark's stuff, but that holster looks like it would telegraph through dress pants.
