OCTOBER 2-3, 2004 LAS VEGAS, NEVADA
INTERACTIVE GUNFIGHTING/FORCE ON FORCE
As close as you can get to a real gunfight without risking your life!

The myth that all you need is marksmanship skill is just that - a myth. Being a good shot is not enough and never has been. Without good tactics you will lose your gunfight and die at the hands of your adversary! Many other schools leave this stuff out because they either do not understand it, think only cops should know this material, or at best limit it to static "shoothouse" training. Many who do teach this, reserve it for restricted-attendance "police only" sessions. Civilians are welcome in all our courses!!

In today's environment, everyone has a need to know. This is the stuff that will make the difference between a personal victory or a futile defeat. The course focuses on Interactive Training with Airsoft Pistols, and the training is open to all civilian students. Two days of high-speed-low-drag-no-nonsense material that's essential to victory. You will learn to:

* Move tactically through, and clear, an urban structure alone and in pairs
* Use available cover and concealment, including darkness
* Learn Diminished Light Operational Skills with and without flashlights
* Learn how to confront known and unknown threats verbally, tactically, and with gunfire
* Learn to Tactically Disengage and Avoid The Gunfight Altogether
* Dominate multiple adversary confrontations
* Learn Tactical Principles and their real-world applications
* Pre, Mid, and Post Incident Preparations
* "Aftermath of a Shooting" Lecture (What to do and say...and what not to do or say)
* Operational Planning and Intelligence gathering
* Covert, Dynamic and Hostage Rescue principles
* Team work (Teams of Two) and team dynamics
* Transition from one clearing style to another
* Post Contact Procedures and Partner Rescue
* Emergency Evacuation Drills
* Active Shooter Exercises and Tactics
* Combative Countermeasures Principles

*Note: This course includes the Lecture on The Aftermath of a Shooting (by gunfight veteran Gabe Suarez) This lecture will cover the seldom discussed points of how to prepare your mind for a deadly force confrontation, as well as what to do (and not do) afterwards, including dealing with legal and investigative issues. Learn about this very sensitive subject from one who has actually lived it. This lecture alone, with the Q&A session at the end is worth the price of admission alone!! This revolutionary training event will be taught by Gabe Suarez and specially selected Suarez International Staff Instructors
