Installing Meprolights

So I've got (err, will soon have) 3 handguns, none with night sights. Debating grabbing Mepro's for my P99 today. Is it a do-it-yourself task, and what tools would be required? I couldn't find any installation instructions online or I wouldn't be bugging you. I've also got a Sig P239 and will hopefully tonight have a HK USP Compact - is it easier to install night sights on some guns than others?

Thanks!

Due to possible damage to the Tritium vials, it's recommended that installation is done with a sight press, instead of driving them in with a drift and hammer.

This depends on how tight the fit is between the sights and the dovetails.

I recommend letting a pro or the sight maker install them.

Some guns don't HAVE a front sight dovetail, and these guns usually have front sights that are riveted in by various methods.
On these guns I STRONGLY recommend letting a pro do it.

Most sight makers will install the sights perfectly for a nominal charge, and all you have to send in is the slide.
