JPFO ALERT: "Guilty When Charged"

In America, it has always been presumed that you are
innocent until proven guilty. Yet that presumption has
slowly faded away along with most of the rights we are
supposed to enjoy in this country.

In his article, "Guilty When Charged,"
(http://www.lewrockwell.com/roberts/roberts136.html) Paul
Craig Roberts outlines this all-too-common trend. Gun
owners have first hand experience with this type of
persecution, thanks to the BATFE. But it's not just us.
What Mr. Roberts describes is happening all over America,
to all segments of society.

Read the article, and then -- if you haven't already --
read our thought-piece, "You'll Be Freer and Richer in a
Bill of Rights Culture"

Now ask yourself: Is your freedom worth joining the JPFO
"Boot" campaign (http://www.jpfo.org/bootbatfe.htm) and
working to bring back a Bill of Rights culture?

I find it strange how the jewish community seems to embrace the rights here in the US while in Isreal some people aren't even allowed to own anything more dangerous than a stick or a rock. Also, they are found in the forefront of just about any act of civil disobedience in the US, for the past 50 years.
Maybe they will say the liberals can have um but the conservatives cannot, cause they might use um??? Isn't the radical left movie star group that are opposed to hunting and guns mostly jewish?
To what end does "Americas Agressive Civil Rights Organization" go?????

I think its always dangerous to lump everyone in a group and say they follow the same thinking. The Israelis have their own set of laws to deal with their political situation. (Being surrounded by their enemies, and having them in their country.) As far as the Hollywood crowd, there are just as many non jews as there are jews in that community.

Other than the civil rights movement of the 60's, I'm wondering what other civil disobedience have they been in the forefront?

No kidding.

Ever read what Aaron Zelman (JPFO) writes about Chuck Schumer? I don't know if their backgrounds are all that similar, but their stances on RKBA couldn't be farther apart.

I am not sure Paul Craig Roberts isn't also a waste of skin.

When supposed scholars start pontificating about injustices and explain wrongs of specific incidences and base those wrongs, all or in part, on apparent moral or value-phobic rationale, you have to figure there is a lack of a solid foundation.

The skateboard team example is classic. From the book's link...

However, Gaynor was framed by a corrupt prosecutor, reportedly a man-hating lesbian, with the connivance of a corrupt judge, who intimidated Gaynor’s young witnesses by jailing one of them without cause.

I am not sure what the prosecutor's sexual orientation has to do with anything other than for Roberts to use the information to play upon the emotions of homophobes. He doesn't know she is a man-hating lesbian, but apparently has heard it somewhere and thought it salient to pass on to his readership. Maybe he wishes to convey that the prosecutor would not be corrupt if she was not a lesbian? Maybe she isn't a lesbian but because she is in a position of power, Roberts figures she much be a lesbian. I don't know, but name calling by a supposed scholar makes for crap scholarship and does presenting unsubstantiated rumor to classify a person.
