Information regarding the Saiga Sporter 7.62x39

I am interested in purchasing a and wanted to find out what kind of groupings I could expect from this sub $300 rifle. I also wanted to find out if anyone has had any experience using the AK-47 magazines. The rifle’s primary use would be to “punch holes in paper” and plink metal targets at the local range.

P.S. This is my first post and I really enjoy reading everyone’s insight on the topic of firearms,

The Saiga uses the AK reciever and is made right there in Russia. Mike from guns.ru can turn it into a "true" AK by adding a new stock and converting it to AK mags. I think 2MOA is normal as it is now.
