Info on S&W mod19-5

This weekend I picked up a S&W mod 19-5 Serial# ABK14XX with a 4" barrel. Can someone give me approx. date of manufacture? It has a wide grooved trigger, a white outlined rear sight and a red ramp front. It shoots great, is nice and tight, and came with a pretty nice Safariland belt holster. The bluing was worn off in spots. It cost me $225.00. Is that about right? As always, Thanks friends. J. Parker
 
Call Smith&Wesson with the serial number and they will help you. I have a mod66 with a2.5 inch barrel. The gun is about 24 years old. The gun shoots great. Good luck.
