I read a lot and see and handle a lot of guns. (I have a C&R license, and get a lot of catalogs, too.)

Sorry, but I've never heard of the M-95.

(If nothing else, that should give you pause -- as parts and service is likely to be somewhere between slim and none.)
 
Well .. I'll give you a very non informed opinion. Many years ago (ok about 12), when I was a teen in Romania, I knew cops who carried it. They seemed to prefer it over their options, though those could have been quite limted.

Depending where it was manufactured it could be a wonderful weapon just like a Mak or a complete piece of crap. Them are the wonders of communism.
