Info on 38 Special Hi-Way Master ammo?

Just came across a box of the Remington 38 Special Hi-Way Master ammo.

Where can I find some info on this round? Like velocity and guns that are safe to shoot it. I tried searching for it but found damn little. Some one was selling an empty box for some crazy price, so I assume this stuf is not common.

All round look minty with no corrosion.
On end of box:
110 Gr Metal Penetrating
HI-SPEED Index 6838

Remington Hi-Way Master bullets were zinc for light weight and hardness.
Velocity was listed as 1330 fps, pressure was likely +P if not +P+.
A cartridge collector would likely give you a good price or more ammo for a full box in good condition.
 
Whew! Thats a speedy bullet. Won't be putting that through my Airweights, thats for sure!

Of course if the sample prices I have come across have a germ of truth to them, I can afford a case of 38 special in its place.
