I saw a fictional shoot out on television and wanted to get an opinion on what you think would generally happen in real life.
Good guy (actually a woman but I'm going to use that term) is in a typical roadside diner in the middle of nowhere during the day time. The good guy is there looking for clues to a co-worker's death. She has enough time to know the layout of the place and has a good idea some bad guys will probably show up. The bad guys are well trained but not quite as well trained as the good guy.
There is one front door and one side door to the diner. The bad guys show up, two go in through the front door and, at almost the same time, the other two go in through the side door. The good guy has two high capacity semi-automatic pistols with two extra magazines although I think she only fires a single pistol at a time. The bad guys each have a shotgun at the ready and also have a high capacity semi-automatic pistol.
As far as I could tell, no one was wearing body armor.
In real life, what would generally happen?
