IMBEL FAL Parts kit from AIMSurplus

They are advertising a FAL kit, complete, for $230 (if you buy 2).

It is am IMBEL metric FAL, full kit including 2 mags, bayonet and loader.

It sounds like a 'too good to br true' deal, or am I missing something?

Check out the cost of a reciver (ffl part) and then figure what you would save vs. a compete FAL

...I emailed them about that, and they say that the kit INCLUDES a reciever...

That makes it the cheapest kit I have yet found, and with the IBMEL reciever to boot.

Those kits may include a lower receiver but you still need an upper receiver.

The Imbel kits have been getting cheaper - I would pass at that price. DSA will sell a nicely reparked G1 kit for $180.

I think I'm gonna go back to buying them pre-assembled...

if they include lower & upper receiver, why they sell as parts instead of whole gun after they assemble?

They sell complete guns as well...I emailed them back to confirm they include both upper and lower recievers.

You had better ask if the upper receiver is in one piece. The picture at that link shows the upper receiver but it is cut and one piece appears to be missing.
