Hi All,

I just bought a .40 Baby Eagle full size (get it in 6 days) and I have some questions that I'm not sure that my local chain gun store can or would answer honestly.

I have three main questions right now:

What type of holster to buy for my Baby Eagle .40 and where to get it ?
The main use will be to wear the eagle by my side while I'm working alone after hours at my factory (South Central Los Angeles), also I guess I would use it at the range.

Secondly, for range practice, whats the best cheap .40 ammo and where should I get it?

For HD use what ammo is best?

A very big THANKS in advance and since I'm new I would like to say what a great resource this forum is, thank you all for contributing.

You'll get a lot better response up in the handgun forum.

Regardless, the .40 Baby Eagle is a CZ clone (my friends and I have several CZ and CZ Clone guns and LOVE them) and there are good holsers by several manufacturers or you could go with "custom" if you want something well fit to your weapon. http://www.hbeleatherworks.com/ is a great place for CZ leather.

I use whatever inexpensive bulk .40 I can get on sale. Right now Lancer has good deals on .40 S&W 165 FMJ (500 Rounds) Price: $75.00 that they will ship to your door.

I like Gold Dots for HD ammo, but other folks will advise you they prefer other types. The real issue is to practice, practice, practice and get some professional trianing more than what HD ammo to use.

Hope that helps.
