Well I just got back from hunting up north, had a blast and really had a chance to give my new (not new now) saiga-12 a good shake down. I did not have a single mis-feed jam or any other problem with my Saiga-12.
I shot eight ruffed grouse (best I have done)
I shot my limit of squirrel and even duck hunted a bit with it (I would take a tube magazine that held two rounds over a stick magazine with two rounds).
The gun handled great and I had less of a problem with fatigue than with anything else, I have been playing with it since June so it has something like 700 rounds through it. I had over a dozen people ask where they could buy one after I gave them a run down on what it was (having your bag limit in hand is the real seller).
I have used quite a number of shotguns hunting and this one is the best I have used. And no I did not get the gun for free nor am I getting a dime for using it, I paid for it and converted it to pistol grip myself.
Sadly I have only one picture of the gun with a bird, I know I took more but they are not on the SD card.
