illinois gun bill question

if all these retarded bills pass will it affect us in the central to lower part of the state as much as it will north of I-80? im wondering if they will be more easier on us then the northern guys. because birdshot in chicago an birdshot down here means 2 different things we use it for what it should be used.
 
First - They won't pass

Second - the hypothetical question about how it will effect people in different parts of the state is one of enforcement, but a conservation officer works for the state - not the county or municipality, and some of the provisions that affect hunting or what you have with you when you're hunting, would IMO be enforced throughout the state.

Third - They won't pass.
