Illinois - competing Gun shows?

An embarrassment of riches...

There are two competing guns shows by me this weekend; Lakemoor and McHenry. I would like to go to both but don't want to rush through the tables just to double up.

A friend of mine laughed and said, "Ah, the competing gun shows..." I guess it is a rivalry.
Please comment if this is common with shows or if you have personal knowledge about either of these.
If it helps, I am specifically looking for .50brass/links, Rem 1100 stock, lightweight AR upper.

Gunshows are often traveling circuses put on by promoters. Different gun shows have different backers. Based upon the connections of a backer if two take place in the same area at the same time the one with the best connections is often the "better" show.

I thought the Pioneer Valley Sportsman's show was junk. They have their shows at the DuPage Co. fairgrounds. They don't show in McHenry or Lakemoor according to their web page. But based on what I've read here, I don't think there is going to be a huge difference between the really crappy gun show I went to a few months ago and whatever they are going to have in Lakemoor or McHenry.

A lot of WWII bayonets, a bunch of tables selling crafts, tables selling snacks, a few tables selling jerky, a ton of Army surplus junk, and occasionally a table actually selling firearms.
