Ok we won this battle but they will be back next Month! Governor Ryan has been embarrassed twice over this and is looking for revenge! Please write Your Representatives, Senators, and the Governor and thell them that they can have their Felony Conviction IF they allow law-abiding citizens to have the mechanism to carry legally! Lets get going we got about 12 days before they go back in full session.

SCR1 is right. This may be the only opportunity to enact a CCW law. Also remind your state rep. and senator that under state law, Chicago aldermen can carry concealed weapons as they are described as peace officers. This is the only elected body in the state with that right. Demand CCW now or repeal that insane state law.

Me too! I wonder if the CCRA or Sangamon County Grassroots will have a demonstration of some kind going?
I doubt the ILRA will do much if anything except give money to Senators, but you never know.
