Following Gov. Ryan's defeat at the hands of his own party and the IL senate, he has made reinstating the felony provision for carrying a firearm his prioity. What we need to do is call, write, and fax our state reps,senators, and the governor. Also contact Sen. James 'Pate' Philip for standing up to Ryan and Daley. Ryan made a fool of himself when he came out and in every news broadcast and newspaper proclaimed that he had enough votes to pass it, and guess what it - he didn't!

Using the IL laws regarding armed guards as our model to getting citizens licensed to carry.
