If I were elected President

If I were elected President on Novemver 2nd, here is what I would accomplish in the first 100 days.

---

1. Outlaw ALL Executive Orders and Presidential Directives, current and future. These powers are legislating from the Oval Office and are illegal by our constitution. We would do this by having the congress remove us from “The Emergency War Powers Act” that we have been operating under (illegally I might add) since the resolution of World War II. This would bring the triumvirate of government back to where it should have been since before the Depression.

2. Repeal all gun control acts, starting with the 1932 NFA, the 1968 GCA and finally the 1992 Brady Bill. All of these are illegal and certainly unconstitutional. History shows that gun control only leads to one thing. Death and destruction of a country. Brought about by greedy men who wish to control our daily lives. They are unable to control the populace until they confiscate and destroy the population’s means for self-preservation, the firearm. The BATF could be turned into the BAT and this would shrink the agency to what it should have been. An agency that oversees ‘tax issues’ of Alcohol and Tobacco.

3. Repeal all forms of support for federal, state and local welfare, education and housing programs. This would include most agencies that control these programs. It’s time to shrink the federal government! Again, this would considerably shrink the size of Federal, state and local government. And it would give great impetus to all the conservatives and the independents to support us, as this is one area of contention that most independents want to see addressed. If we fail to make significant changes in this area, then we will have problems actually shrinking the government or addressing any of the other points in this letter. This redistribution of wealth is taxing the middle class right out of existence in America. We could tell all the people displaced by this action that the federal, state and local governments would go out of their way to help these people find a job. We could even consider doubling or tripling the state and local job search functions (and funding), eliminating the ‘welfare unemployment insurance’. If you have no choice but to get a job or starve, you might be surprised how many people would chose to ‘not starve’.

4. Disband the IRS. The IRS is illegally collecting taxes from the populace of the United States. This is the arm that finances all the socialist programs listed in item number 3. If we truly want to shrink the size of the Federal Government, the easiest way to do so is to defund them. And getting rid of the IRS certainly does this. Now the question we will have is how to fund the remainder of the government. See step number 5.

5. End the ‘WAR ON DRUGS’ and release the 1 million POLITICAL PRISONERS that the Federal Government has put in jail. The Federal government had lost this war almost as soon as it started. Is there proof that the US has lost this war? Go to any prison, where the government controls every aspect of life for these prisoners. THEY can still get drugs, for a price. So, even in prison, the federal, state and local governments have failed in their stated goals of controlling drug use in this country. We would gain the support of most of the minorities in this country, as they are the largest percentage of people put in jail over drug usage/dealing, making it a form of discrimination. By offering a Presidential Pardon to the non-violent felons, we show the Republican party as bigger and better than the Democrats and we would cut the support of the Democrats by a big margin. We would be seen as doing something that they couldn’t. Restoring dignity to the ‘little guy’ by telling him that what he does in the privacy of his own home is his own business, as long as it doesn’t impinge on the freedom of others. And then we could tax the dodah out of it and raise all sorts of revenue, just like we do with alcohol and tobacco. The BATF, reduced to BAF (see point number 2) could become the BADF.

6. Put everybody into Social Security, including the President, all of Congress, Senate and any other governmental body that currently has it’s own brand of ‘Social Security’. If we did this, we could be guaranteed that the Congress and Senate would overwhelmingly fix ALL the problems that are inherent to this system. But they won’t, until they are part of it and it will benefit them, as well as the rest of us, to fix this problem

7. Remove us and all our money from the United Nations. This would also entail disavowing all the ‘Biospheres’ from their control and would eliminate the need to fund and support communist/socialist governments from around the world. If all those little third world dictators need help, have them come, hat in hand, to the White House to BEG for the handout we now give freely via the United Nations. Isn’t it about time that those who pay the bills have a say in how the bills are run up in the first place? I think so. A silent majority in this country believes so also. Stop the giveaway of this countries money to nations that only want to see this country fail and fall by the wayside. All the while, taking our money and eschewing us for earning it in the first place.

8. Strengthen our military and REMOVE GAYS AND WOMEN from military service. I don’t care what any one else says, there is no place in the military for gays and women. We need to remove double standards from military training and one of the easiest ways to do so, would be to remove all gays and women from military service. Thank them for the time they have spent serving, give them all their benefits and then show them the door. To bad if gays or women don’t like it. If you want a strong military, you have to remove the weak links from the military chain, and this is the most expedient way to do so. Those men who serve with pride need to be paid better, supported better, and have reliable up to date equipment.

9. Address TORT REFORM. If we don’t get a handle on the legal system, as it is today, we can expect all elections, from now on, to be challenged in court. What a nightmare this has been for us currently. Why not remove the impetus from the lawyers by installing ‘loser pays’ (twice - the person that files pays once, the attorney that represents the suit pays once) into this countries mantra. Like most of the rest of the world, ‘loser pays’ eliminates this countries affection for ‘if you don’t do what I tell you to do, I’ll sue you into oblivion’. Even if you win, you lose, because the legal costs are staggering.

10. We also need election finance reform. It is about time this country STOPS getting what the rich in this country pay for. Especially all the money that comes in from outside the country. To see the Chinese give money to ANYONE should be illegal. And if it is already illegal, it is time to start enforcing all the laws that have been broken over the past eight years. Resolve the ‘no defining legal authority’ issues by passing laws that spell out EXACTLY what can and can’t be done in the political arena regarding financial issues.

Most people would say ONE MAN couldn't get this all done. Not unless that MAN literally strong armed those who opposed him via the Bully Pulpit and the media. Controlling the media would be fairly simple, as each and every media outlet would be warned about behavior in the White House and what would be allowed out. You don't like that? Take your cameras and your crew and sit outside the fence.

I know, I know, somewhat facist. Socialistic? Dictatorish?

What would you do if YOU were elected President on Nov. 2nd?

I sent you a PM about what you and I should do :p

Your plans call for a complete overhaul of the government. I was thinking about stuff like that too....

1. Recall ALL firearms laws in every area of the government. And make a 2nd clause to the 2nd Amendment by stating:

No government, insitution, or the like may deny the right of the common civilian to the right to arms of his choice. The government may not infringe on the free trade, modification, or type of gun that a civilian may posses. Felons may own firearms if they have served their term in its entireity.

Be advised, a store owner or the like may prohibit firearms on the premises. But he must post a sign lucidly indicating so.

I like your clause on military personell. But I think they should be free to carry any arms they choose. If the want a P90 in the country, or a M14 in CQC, that's for them to decide so they can maximize their combat effectiveness.
