Oh say... can anyone ID the parts on this shotgun? expecially the triple clamp that is clamping flashlight, tube and barrel ?

These are just educated guesses... Some I know for sure, but don't crucify me if I'm wrong.

Knoxx Specops Stock w/ powerpak combo
Factory Remington +3 Magazine Extension
Knoxx Rubber Foregrip
Any Heatshield in matte black

Very interesting gun though. I would not want it for HD, just because it would be too heavy it seems. Although that is a complete arsenal right there! The gun is a Remington 870 Express magnum, not super magnum though because the receiver is too small. Hope this helps! Sorry I do not know the clamp, just google 3_1" clamp.

I wonder if he has enough ammo for an intruder,, 20 in the sling and stock, probably 1 in the spout and 4 or more in the tube. Now I feel so silly with my shotgun and just 1 or 2 shots handy to stop a perp that probably will not come into my home. I dunno, I thought 1 good shot was supposed to be enough. Better yet, rack that ole slide and let him hear it, he will have a bowel movement right there..personally, I don't want to tip off a perp where I am hiding with the noise.

Now, that looks to be a rather interesting shotgun. I would take it in a heartbeat for a duty/cruiser gun...

but first, I'd change a few things:

1. I prefer the Knoxx CompStock. Why? No reason, just personal.
2. Lose the crappy heat shield. If you want rifle sights, get an actual ghost-ring setup, properly installed and secured.
3. If I didn't have the CompStock--or even in addition to it, I would probably go for a Vang-comped barrel.

Most of the accessories appear to be ATI parts. The sling is most likely a Blackhawk model. Not sure about the triple clamp. The flash light is a Coast LED lenser, approximately 40 lumen's or so. The location of that light is not very conducive to effective to use. There are no options for using a tape switch, on that light either.

It appears to be a poor mans rig.

I would think that one would be better served with less protuberances on their shotgun. Matter of taste and financial resources. Make them the way you like. Time will tell if it is good enough for the use it will see. All too often, many think that accessories make a good shotgun better. Usually the opposite is true.

Did anyone notice the way the ammo in the sling is alternated, that would be real confusing in a stressful situation.

I bet the wabbits tremble when that guy steps out of the house.

The ammo in the sling is alternated YES. But if you take notice every other round is a rubber "slug". It is alternated with lethal, and non-lethal rounds. Pretty interesting concept.

Pretty poor concept. Using less lethal ammo in the same gun that lethal ammo is used in is a very bad idea. To be honest, the use of less lethal ammunition for defense by anyone other than law enforcemnt is not a good idea to begin with.

That's pretty good Andrew because I can't tell what the shells are at all that have the brass showing, or even what color the plastic hull is. Even then I would have one type at the front of the sling and the other at the back with all facing the same way and of a different color. Although if I did have any less lethal rounds on it at all they would be the ones in the sidesaddle. I wouldn't want to load a less-lethal round by accident.

Wait I'm retired now! I have to agree with liliysdad, less lethal is not a good idea for civillians.

Less lethal should never be used in a gun that is used for normal shells.Ever.

Personally, I thik they should start manufacturing less lethal shells in 16 gauge, or something non standard, so there wont be a question of what shells go where.

I do agree about the less lethal rounds. It would be stupid to have both rounds in the same strap, because when it comes down to the moment when you might need to use one of those rounds, that is one last thing that might go wrong. So just to clarify, I think less lethal rounds are pointless, thats why I found that concept quite amusing.

They look like the inexpensive wolf buckshot sold that midwayusa.com . but they ran out of them when I tried to buy some so oh well..

I also dont think "less leathal" belongs in the hands of civilians, just think if you put their eye out, how much you are going to be sued for.

anyway, Nobody knows who makes that triple clamp ? I think it is awesome.
