ID single shot action?

Bought some single barrel parts, looking for Savage 219& 220 stuff. This was in stuff I got. Looks to be quality made. Was cleaned up to point that
lettering is buffed off. Can anyone ID this?

Looks like a Winchester 37.

I thought the Winchester 37's had hammers or was semi-hammerless.

The action looks like it could be turned into a bunny gun.

Jag, you are right, W-37 is hammer gun and back of action has that reverse
angel to fit butt. Also this gun might be old trap gun, maybe Leafever? I'm
use to singles,I live in farm country, never seen this one.
