IAI M-1.30 carbine

Does anyone have experience with Israel Arms Internationals Model m-1 carbine. I rercently read a article which claimed these rifles were a great buy. Alledgedly new recievers with all new mil spec parts. does any one have one of these rifles?
 
I was at the range today and in the dealer section up front they had an IAI M-1. I asked to handle it because I actually am getting an IAI 1911. I checked the finish and the action and it looked VERY good. It may not have the resale value of an original but that should not be a factor when looking at a quality firearm. By the way it was at the shop new for $450, I'd have to say that is a great value!
 
Read an article on it in Guns&Weapons For Law Enforcement. they claim it to shoot into an inch at 75yds Due cutting the chambers to tighter dimensions. Sounds like a deal to me I want one :)
