try this... take auto the drum part and activate it and see how it moves... ie are the gears moving? (with a case) if not something broke. You can also deactivate the disconnector and see if always works with a case.

If you did break it, send them a couple of pics and you should get a new one sent to you. They are too new to require proof of purchase.

The gear portion works fine by its self. When I put the thing back together, I can move the the gear and powder dump using the rod that runs down to the bottom, so all is free to move there...I will stick it back in the press tomorrow and see what happens..
Thank you for the reply....

Try your spare drum in it, just to see if maybe the four cogs could have stripped on the drum you were using. Its also possible to install the drum 90*, 180*, and 270* off.

When you raise the ram, look at the vertical bar, is it bending? Did the screw come loose and so the vertical bar is moving out of position?

If I'm understanding the picture your little safety latch looks disengaged. Have you disabled this feature, if not you need to push the lever down until it clicks up in to the little detent to operate it. I can't check mine right now but will later when I get a chance to confirm what I'm talking about.

I had not disabled that, but that's what it looks like....in addition, this morning I disassembled it again and found the following...The vertical rod is either broken or worn bad on the bottom end...On the gear, the tit that goes through the plastic activation arm is gone...Guess I will contact Lee this week..Thanks for all the help guys..appreciate it...

Sent pictures of broken parts to Lee, they said I have to send in the autodrum for repair/replacement...It's in the mail...That was easy enough..Pretty good support..:D

That's great! This way they'll just send you a new one IMO. Just cost you the shipping back to them. Let us know the turn around. The photo method usually has worked for me, but my parts have been tiny, really. Sent the email on Sunday, and I had the part by Thursday!

9 days turnaround got it back yesterday. they repaired rather than replace
