Just got back from my local gun dealer after I was told I could not have the 15 round mag for my Beretta M9. It was sent by mistake and that I would get a 10 rounder in it's place. This is a packaged set that has a Military holster, belt,etc..., and is suppose to be a collectors set. But now it does not have the right mag and I can never legally buy one for it to complete the set. These laws are making law abiding citizens, like me, seek alternate routes in order to make things right. No point to this but to blow off some fustration that is slowly building up.

Whenever I order a gun and recieve it, Whatever comes with it right or wrong I get
No uncertin terms, Or they can either keep it or ssend it back. ;) Thats the way I do business. Never had a problem though.

Now why did I have sneaking hunch this was a post from someone residing in CA? Maybe you should have had your dealer send that 15 rounder to an out-of-state friend or relative. That's what I would've done anyway. If he refused, he'd have one more Beretta in stock than he counted on.

Yes I am in the sh**hole state called California. Goodguy I get your point on sending it out of state, will do. I did not know that the ban included pistol mag's as well. Oh well I will figure something out.

Even if you move to NJ, you can have a 15 round mag legally! Damn, CA just plain sucks,and I thought NJ was bad.

Speaking of that commie state NJ its funny you can mail order ammo from ammoman.com Located in Jersey but they wont ship to HI,AK,or New JERSEY, WTF? They ship to california.
 
Which states will be next if Kali keeps 'con'-gressing like it is? I would hate to hear someone rephrase a statement like "Hey, move to Nevada." to "We better move to Texas or Tennessee.
 
Just thinking about it. People tend to sterotype.
I happen to be from one of the third world countries and would not like it, if the gun control issues continues to spiral the way is has been.

And a democrat I am far from.
 
They just want to limit the number of people you can kill. It's ok to kill 10... but 15 is JUST TOO MANY! :rolleyes:
