I have a Remington 700sps varmint glass bedded in a McMillan stock and it loves Winchester super-x power point 100 grain ammunition right from the factory. Does anyone know what powder they use in these rounds of ammunition and if it helps at all my gun is chambered in 243win

No, and even if they did, it would be useless information for the handloader.

Ammo companies buy bulk powder by the boxcar full, which is different than the canister grade powder you can buy at your local store.

Canister grade has a much higher quality control for burn rate, so generally speaking a can of IMR4064 you buy today will be essentially the same as the can you bought last year.

Bulk powder is not like that, the ammo companies do testing on each lot of powder to meet a pressure and velocity specification, and a box of Winchester super-x you bought today may have a different powder charge than what you bought last year.

You will have to experiment a bit ..... but I bet that if you do, and tailor your loads to your gun (sizing/seating depth/powder/etc....) .... with some diligence, you can make better ammo than the factory does ..... because they make ammo that must work just "OK" in ANYBODY'S .243 ...... short barrelled, long barrelled, tight chambered or sloppy ..... long throat or next to none .....

Since you already know that your gun does well with a particular factory load, you have the bullet to start with, and idea of the seating depth ....
