I have a friend who is trying to find out what kind of revolver this person might sell to him. I saw it today and it is a Smith and Wesson old style looking revolver. It says "S&W DA 45" on the side of the barrel. The patents are pending from 1901, 1906, 1909. Serial number 180741. I believe it is chambered for .45 long colt. It looks like an old military or police revolver. Any help you guys and gals can give me on what it actually is and its range of worth, that would be great. Thanks a millon.
